	'Runnymede House' \| 6 Bedrooms \| Further info >> Grade 2 Listed – dating from 1840, this Gothic style building is located at the main entrance to Tunnels Beaches. Extensive renovations recently completed. This original, quirky property offers luxury self catering accommodation sleeping up to 12 Adults + 2 Children within 6 en-suite rooms including a bridal suite/family room. Please note: Unsuitable for very young children & elderly guests due to the original, steep stairs. Sunny front patio. Huge lounge, large basement kitchen and dining room opening onto lower terrace area. Parking for 5 cars. Outdoor area links through to 'The Woodlands' providing a great shared outdoor space if you choose to book both properties.

	'Night Before' Food \| Menus >> We offer a choice of in-house catered food options, cooked by our own Chefs within our on-site properties for you and your guests... Paella, Thai Curry or Nachos. Create the perfect, relaxed ice-breaker the evening before your wedding! Biodegradable palm leaf bowls and forks provided so you don't even need to wash up. FAQ's	What's provided within the property? Within each property, we provide the following... Bedrooms: Bedlinen, towels, hand soap, toilet rolls, hair dryer. Kitchen: Tea/coffee/sugar, salt/pepper/olive oil, tea towels, foil, cleaning essentials. Utility: 2x ironing boards, 2x irons, 3x travel cots (fitted sheets available but please bring your own cot blankets), sofa bed bedding. Clothes steamer available on request. What time is check-in/check-out? Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is 10.30am... Can we request early check-in? No. Our brilliant team of cleaners work very hard to get our large properties cleaned to a high standard and turned around ready for your stay. Unfortunately we need to use all the time available - sorry, but it is simply not an option to check-in any earlier than 4pm so please don’t ask. Is there allocated parking during our stay? We provide 7 complimentary car parking spaces for The Bath House, The Courtyard and The Woodlands and 5 spaces for Runnymede House - all within Bath Place Car Park (opposite The Bath House). There is a security chain across the car park entrance - you will be emailed a passcode to gain access, prior to yor stay with us. Do we have to book on-site accommodation for our wedding? It depends... Accommodation availability is at our own discretion - some wedding dates MUST book one property and other dates require 2 houses being booked. This is dependent on other bookings around certain dates - if you have a specific number of houses required or if you don't want to stay on-site with us, please let us know and we will look at available dates to suit your specific requirements... Can we book 3 or 4 properties? Yes, subject to availability, happy to discuss... 11pm accommodation curfew... All outdoor areas are subject to a strict 11pm curfew due to council planning permission conditions. We ask you to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbours and also ask that you move inside with the doors closed after this time. Is there a damage/cleaning deposit? Yes, a credit card pre-authorisation of £500 damage/cleaning deposit is required per property prior to check-in. Cleaning charges WILL be deducted from deposits if the property or outdoor areas (inc. BBQ) are left in an unacceptable state. There is an indicative list of charges attached to the guest info. clipboard within each property.
