A wedding booking and administration fee of £3500 is due at the time of booking
and is STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE in any circumstances.
*Bank holiday Sundays are charged as Saturday **Bank holiday Mondays are charged as Friday
Weekend Weddings: If available, at least one house MUST also be booked for 2 nights across your wedding date.
Couples regularly choose more than one of our accommodation, so book early or you could miss out!!
Some wedding dates MUST be booked with either one or sometimes two houses due to other bookings around
that time, we will advise of available dates to suit your requirements.

Please note: Our minimum numbers are set at 40 adult guests (inc. yourselves!).
Our policy is to charge an additional £100 venue hire fee surcharge per person under the minimum guest numbers.
So for example, 30 guests would attract an additional venue hire charge of £1000.

What does the venue hire fee include?
Your fee provides use of the wedding facility and garden overlooking your own exclusively private beach
all day and evening of your wedding. Food, drink, Disco/Band and registrar fees are extra. Bar and catering
staff are provided by us. Sound & PA systems are integrated throughout the inside and outdoor areas.
The stunning setting, garden, stylish interiors and decorative lighting mean minimal decoration is usually required.
Closing time 1am - however, outdoor music must cease and roof terrace closes at 11pm.

What does the Elopement include?
Elopements include the private use of our wedding facility and garden overlooking our beach for 5hrs
on the day of the ceremony for the wedding couple and up to a max. of 16 guests.
The opportunity to take photographs after the ceremony (please book photographer direct).
Use of our 'getting ready room' located at our main entrance, during the 1hr period prior to the ceremony.
2x parking spaces allocated - 1 for the wedding couple and 1 for the registrar.

'Set Menu' available to book for groups of 12 - 18 people. Served 1.5 hrs after ceremony time. See menu >>

What does the 'Elopement Package' include?
Our 'Winter Elopement Package' includes the use of our wedding facility and garden overlooking our beach for 5hrs on the day
of the ceremony for the wedding couple and up to max. 16 guests. Use of our 'getting ready room' located at our main entrance,
during the 1hr period prior to the ceremony. A freshly prepared 3 course meal will be served within our beach front
wedding venue, 1.5 hrs after the ceremony time. See 'Set Menu' >> Our Garden Party Drinks Package is also included.
A 2 night stay for up to max. 18 people within 'one' of our self catering on-site houses - either The Bath House,
The Courtyard or The Woodlands is also included in the package (staying the night before and the night of the wedding day.
Please note: only 1 bedroom can be set up as a twin). Parking for up to 9 cars allocated within our car park.
